Quick start

  1. Open QuoteFlow → Quotes → Add button to product page. Your theme editor opens with the “Request a quote” block already placed — click Save.
  2. Optional: Quote mode → create a rule for products or collections whose price should be hidden and that must go through a quote.
  3. When a customer sends a request you get an email. Open it in Quotes, set prices, shipping and validity, click Send quote.
  4. The customer receives the quote (with PDF), clicks Accept & pay, and pays through your Shopify checkout. The order appears in Shopify with the tag “QuoteFlow”.

FAQ

How is the price hidden? Products in quote mode carry a “quote only” flag. The block hides the price and replaces Add to cart; a checkout rule blocks buying those products without an accepted quote, so the price can’t leak through search results, related products or the cart.

Can I change texts and language? Yes — Texts & languages holds every customer-facing string (button, form, quote page, PDF labels); Emails holds the email subjects and bodies. Write them in any language.

Does the quote include tax and shipping? You enter shipping; tax is calculated by Shopify (click “Calculate tax” before sending). The PDF and the quote page show subtotal, discount, shipping, tax and total.

How does the customer pay? Accepting creates a Shopify draft order with your quoted prices and opens its checkout — all your payment methods work. Deposits: enter a deposit % on the quote to show it; collect it with a deposit app or by invoicing.

Does QuoteFlow take a cut? No. Flat monthly subscription only.

Starter limit — 50 quotes sent per month. You can always receive and review requests; sending resumes next month or after upgrading to Pro.
